With this integration, you can keep track of shipments by our logistics partners directly with ease via the Shopee App. To view shipping updates for your orders, follow the steps below:

 

 

Step 1: Go to the Me tab 

Step 2: Click on To Receive 

Step 3: Select the order 

Step 4: View shipping updates

 

• The tracking number will be automatically shared once available.
• All shipping details will be updated regularly, from preparing your parcel, and pickup by courier, to being out for delivery.

Buyers will be able to view and choose from one of the following shipping options that suit their needs under Standard Service Types.

The table below shows the grouping of Shipping Channels according to Service Types.

⚠️ Note:

• Doorstep Delivery (Sea Shipping) is applicable for deliveries from West Malaysia to East Malaysia for selected sellers only.
• Same Day Delivery is applicable for deliveries within Klang Valley only.
• Self Collection Point is applicable for buyers to collect within Klang Valley only.
• Shipping channels under Seller's Own Fleet (West Malaysia/East Malaysia) will fall under Non-Shopee Supported Logistics.
